Jenessa Backus is the Director of Operations for Merna Elaggar’s Team. Since partnering with Merna, Jenessa has since dove deeper into the business, approaching each unique challenge with gusto. Upon joining the team, Jenessa brought along nearly 20 years of mixed-industry experience with her, ranging from property management, to B2B sales, and title & escrow. As someone who thrives off complexity, Jenessa understands that real estate investment is a sophisticated and deeply personal journey for our clientele, family, and friends and uses her wide perspective to realize the results by being the one to trust throughout the process.
